EPA Lead-Safe Certified firm (RRP)Verify
Certified to work on homes built before 1978 under the EPA's renovation rule. Our lead carpenters hold renovator certification.

Licenses
Missouri and your city
Missouri doesn't issue a state license to general remodelers. Cities and counties set permit rules, and the plumbing and electrical trades are licensed locally. We tell you which apply at your address and pull the permits for our work.
Warranty
Our workmanship warranty, with its length and what it covers, is written in your agreement. Ask to read it before you sign.
