What we don't do

Better to say it now than at the walk-through.

  • Foundation repair

Bowing walls, large horizontal cracks and settling need a structural engineer first. We tell you when to call one.

  • Radon and mold testing

We plan around a radon system, but testing and mitigation belong to a certified radon professional.

  • Crawl spaces and roofs

We work in basements. Crawl-space-only and roof-only jobs go to firms that do that every day.

Not sure where to start?

Start with the moisture check. The report tells you which of these your house needs, if any.
